I just bought my first wetsuit yesterday, and I got some good advice that I never would have thought of, and I thought I'd share it with everyone (especially those like me who have never done a tri with a wetsuit before)

When you're coming out of the water, leave your goggles on your head as you take the top half of the wetsuit off. Wait to take them off - that way you're not trying to pull your arm out of the sleeve while you're holding on to your goggles in your hand.
