I have had great success getting into shape this season and do not want to lose all I have worked for this year. I have slowed my training down and so I am looking for some suggestions for a off season eating plan to help me maintain and not give back all I've lost.

This is my first off season so I'm not to sure how to approach it.

Also any advice on supplements that can be taken to help with training gains.

Thanks for the help. Looking forward to a great 2004.

Two things I do in the off season to keep from gaining weight with reduced training. First, I get my resting metabolic rate accurately measured with a "BodyGem" (go to www.healthetech.com) at a local clinic. This tells me exactly how many K I burn sitting around during the day.

Second, I use a food diary. You can get one at Amazon.com. Track what you eat during the day and make sure it matches or is less than your metabolic rate.
