Hi, my name is Lars. I am in the navy and particapate in about 2-3 tritathalons a year, or when time permites me to. Like doing them, i think that doing them will help me with thing and i am very competeative with people. but over i like to just have fun.

I came to the forum to say "hi", and on seeing the 'Navy' and 'Norfolk' bit.

I was in the Royal Air Force for 30 years, and in Norfolk, England, United Kingdom for 5 and a half of those years.:)

I'm sure we'll exchange more in forums to come.
