i really really want to get started on my swim training for my first tri. i am afraid that it is just to cold to get after just yet. is it or could i go out and swim or is that prob just unhealthy? i know i know everyone says an indoor pool but i dont have one around me without a real big fee. any ideas or tips would be helpful.
