I am very fit and i eat 3 large healthy meals a day and have done this for years. I know that eating 6 is better for you and i have been trying that for the past few weeks but i hate it. All i think about is food, what to eat in a meal, bringing food with me, etc. and then i end up binging on crap b/c i get tired of being so regimented. Is it okay to do 3 a day b/c i think i do better on that and i know everyone is different. Six just makes me feel crazy!
