I broke my 5th metatarsal 4 weeks ago. I am wondering if anyone has been through this and has an idea of how log this takes to heal. It looks like I don't have a jones fracture but after 4 weeks my xray shows no bone growth. Can I cycle?? I know that I can't run. I plan on doing IM Florida 05 I am hoping that I will be ok.
