Ok, I've been making this for quite a while now and love it. Everyone I feed it to loves it.
I think you ALL will love it.

I usually cut down on the turkey a bit and add an extra can of beans (I've also made a meatless version with just beans and it is darn good, too).
I add a bit more cumin, more onion, 4-5 cloves of garlic and extra jalapenos.
I usually skip the canned green chilies. I buy my tomatillos in the produce section and just chop them up and add 'em. The canned tomatillos don't have as much flavor.
This chili is a great source of protein and is low in fat. I use powdered vegetable stock instead of chicken stock and look for the low sodium varieties.
I serve this chili with chopped cilantro, chopped red onions, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
SERIOUSLY....I WOULDN'T STEER MY FELLOW TRIATHLETES IN THE WRONG DIRECTION...
