G'day
Hey Graham,
What's "HDTVKSS" stand for? I'm in television here in the states. Just curious if you're in the biz or it stands for something else. Welcome to Trifuel! I've learned a lot on this site, hope you have the same. What part of Australia are you from?
gday,
nah its got nothing to do with TV . its a car thing, well my car actaully! HDT is a sports car manufacturer, VK is " year model" and SS is the model of the car.
yes, site looks good. lots of things to learn here, esp seeing as im such a newbie!
cheers and thanks for the reply.

gday prince,
yer i know , just try and keep the 2 black bits in contact with each other right?? same rule seems to go for mountian biking lol.
trainings going OK i guess, i only made the decision a week or so ago to go for the Tri in november. i guess the only bit that worries me is the swim!! its only a short 150 meter swim, but im no Ian Thorpe or Michael Phelps. i guess ill get dropped in the swim but im more than keen on seeing how much ground i can make up in the time trial, oh i meant bike leg ;) the run, well im neither here nor there with that so its all good!
whats good about sydney is that you can effectily train all year round and there is no need to have an off season due to the weather. what we think is cold here, you Canadians laugh at! so its all good, its comming into spring now ( well atcually its allready started!) so im sure ill be cursing the 40 + degree C temps come summer. should make the swimming bit a bit more pleasent tho eh?
anyhows great to hear from ya
cheers
g.
I heard you Aussies were really fast swimmers cos' you swim pursuit races with the shark.
Any truth to that?
:)
No more races here until next June!
It's raining cats and dogs here, about 10degrees C, so I guess I'll slide over to the coffee shop and complain about the weather with my mates.

....abit envious (mispel?) of you boys "down under".... looks out side at the rain and approaching cold..... walks off in disgust.
j/k, good luck with your race, although ive never heard of a 150 meter swim.... what lengths are the other sections? seems like a super sprint.

gday,
haha no sharks in our pools im sorry to say!!
yer its only a hald distance sprint tri, prettys short, jsut to give u a taste of what its like. i think they refer to it as an "enticer" should be good to give it a run, hten id like to od some longer distance ones after that once im kinda half sure aobut what im doing!
looking outside its a beautifull day, and all i want to do is get out on the bike, but instead im stuck at work :(
cheers
