Made my move

Wow, that sounds awesome. Ive never lived anywhere outside of the US. What brings you to Sweden? Do you have family there? And yes, i have found that I need to run to stay sane even when I am not in new situations. IT keeps me happy and keeps me in a positive mindset.

Well I made my big move from New York to Sweden. So far its been really good but tough to meet people. The running here is AMAZING though. I'm in a city called Uppsala and you can easily go for a 10-15 mile run (or longer though 10 is about my limit right now) without hitting hard surface once. I've been running through fields, woods, cow pastures etc... all along paths with good footing.
As long as the weather holds up the training is one thing that is going to keep me sane. When I begin to wonder what I'm doing here I go for a run and suddenly feel OK with the whole situation.
Found a great running club (fast! and fun!). I have my first international road race coming up on the26th!
Training is a great way to stay sane in new or scary situations. Keep it up everyone!
