Last Year I finisched my second IM distance race, this year doing nothing because of injuries. A member of our team (sbdn.nl ) is having food problems with races longer then 1/2 IM.
In training no problems with all sorts of tested food and liquids/gels etc.
In races as soon as he starts biking his stomache starts to protest and he must empty the contents 2-3 times, before stopping the race.
