Hi everyone

I'm Pimm from Belgium. Just recently thinkin' bout TRI, 1/4-distance ...
Ready to go the extra mile, but I'm a competition-Squashplayer, which asks a lot of me physically. Squashtraining on Wedn-dy & Thur-dy, I can't seem to find the right balance in training-schedules for swim/bike/run ...

Because of this busy schedule : I'm a total mess when it comes to swimming! Any hints/tips on improving my technique in that department?
(sitelinks?)

Best site I've come across in finding good articles & reviews, FOR REAL!

Keep'em coming!

Wow, intense!
Hi Pimm, good to know you.
I'm sure the squash keeps you in fantastic shape so your priority is technique and efficiency.
Prioritize that and you will save a lot of time. Don't waste energy doing "junk miles" you're already fit enough. Learn the skills.

all the best,
PoC
