I would say Folsom Lake would be your best bet. I did my first tri of the year there last month and the water temp was around 61.
Another place to check out would be Lake Natoma in Folsom. It is a small lake just below Folsom Dam. Not sure how cold the water is there right now.
If you feel like driving you can check out Lake Oroville. Probably similar temps to Folsom Lake..

Head up to Lake berryessa. It could be a bit of a drive for you, but im guessing the water could be in the low to mid 60's by now, probaby similar to Folsom's temp.
Sac area folks, do you have any suggestions on where to OW swim right now? My local lakes are too cold to even think about.
