My first time doing back to back triathlons. I'm doing a sprint this weekend and my first half ironman the next. The sprint, not so concerned with shepherding my 73 year old neighbor through his first triathlon so I will be racing at his pace. But what to do in the week leading up? Rest Monday as usual, light work outs? spend more time in the water? practice getting out of my suit faster? clean bikes? just at a lost of how best to use those 6 days.
