Hi,
I recently got my first triathlon bike and have been doing some long rides on it in order to get ready for my first ironman! Unfortunately I am having some problems with my neck! I have a burning pain in the right side, but have nothing in the left at all! I feel like I am very comfortable on the bike not considering the neck pain! I have had some problems with my lover back on the right side on my road bike when my saddle is too high, and since I am seated higher on my tribike because of the aero position I was wondering if the saddle height might be the reason for the pain in my neck?
If anyone has a solution or suggestion throw it at me, my ironman is in 3 weeks and it would be nice to be pain free for the bikepart ;-)

As a general rule, incorrect
As a general rule, incorrect saddle height will cause lower back pain, and distance between saddle and aerobars will cause neck and shoulder pain.
Determining if the distance between your saddle and cockpit should be longer or shorter is going to have to be trial and error. Looking at your position might help someone guess which way to move either your saddle, stem, or aerobar pads.
