I need a better sports drink.
Need is giving me zits on my forehead. Gross topic I know, sorry.
I been using the effervescent heed tablets. But only like a tiny piece of one per sports bottle.
But it is making me break out but only on my forehead.
can anyone recommend anything better?

All you need is SDM there is nothing else or better. Beats heed like a bad habit. Go to www.skratchlabs.com Ive replaced all my drink mixes with SDM and watched my performace skyrocket. The cookbook is also fantastic.

I love cytosports products
I love cytosports products and my all time favorite is fast twitch. I'm not sure this will help with the acne, but it is amazing mostly because it is just like cytomax and has an insane amount of caffeine, which is wonderful.

Addicted to sports drinks? I think not. Ive never heard of any side effects either unless its some sort of allergic reaction. Where is it that you are getting your information?
