I have recently arrived in Pittsburgh from the land of the flat and they have more hills here than SF (check out the RR on the "Dirty Dozen" http://tinyurl.com/7mwct4k).

In any case, after purchasing a more "suitable" cassette (12-27) I have taken to suffering on the hills with all the panache I can muster. Saw this commercial http://tinyurl.com/d3ad8xf during the TdF (not sure if they're showing it on US channels) and fell in love with it because it is so exactly true-- the more I seem to be suffering on the hills the more excited Phil and Paul seem to get.

Whoever put this spot together totally gets cyclists.
