I was just wondering if everyone could share what their workout and meal schedule was yesterday. I just want to get a sense of how people structure their nutrition (calories) around their workouts for the day. Thanks.

For those who have responded
For those who have responded so far, thank you. I am currently following a 5 meal a day plan and I don't like it very much. Basically on that type of plan you end up eating a meal right before and right after your workouts. I want to switch to a 3 meal a day plan and I just needed a sense of how people organize their workouts around their meals/snacks.
@jeffgre. Technically "falling off the wagon" is now called a "refeed" day, and they are necessary and perfectly acceptable. Otherwise you would waste away to nothing...LOL.

Yeah, I was psyched over that. Theoretically it means 57:XX IM swim is in the realm of possibility. I just need to not get freaked out at the swim start...
I have noticed a HUGE speed difference going from my usual of swimming 2X a week to 4 - 5X a week right now in the final IM build.
