this is the first time i have posted about an event i have done and while not a triathlon race it did involve a bike and it did require endurance. the main reason i am mentioning it is because sometimes things come along that are more out of the ordinary, maybe once in a lifetime and perhaps something extra special. so if you ever want to get away on a fabulous holiday, visit one of the most beautiful parts of the world and you dont mind being surrounded by wineries and excellent food and can handle a 4 day mountain bike event over 223 kms of fantastic trails and tracks then this is for you. i have written up a report at my blog (link below) and fair warning it is long but you can skip my written nonsense and just look at the pictures and youtube clips. this really was one of the most awesome things i have ever done and i get to go back next year and do it all over again !!
What a great event - and
