About a year and a half ago I completed my first HIM at Oceanside. Since then I've had bouts with getting back into training - but, never have I really had the time, dedication, or motivation to get back into training.
Finally, today I'm changing that. I decided to pick up one of Gale Bernhardt base training plan.
The plan is a 12 week (4-8 hours a week) base building plan that I'd like to work on for the fall and start of winter.
After I complete that I'm looking to get into a Olympic / HIM training plan. That said, I hope to use this forum as a great place to interact with those more experienced than me - and for those who are in the same boat.
I'll keep you all updated and sure I'll have plenty of questions.
