IMC Update

WarrenP, KitKat, and Star are all on the run after kicking butt in the water and on the bike. Sooner should be off the bike any minute.

Wish I was there working an aid station.

And our Louisville Trifuelers are also kicking butt.

Jarhead threw down a 10:28 IM. Amazing!

Dolfin is near mile 8 on the run and Kdupton is past the halfway mark of the run.

I always get a little bit envious when folks are out racing a big one and wish I was there too...even if it IS just handing out soup!
Looks like some good folks doing good...

Awesome! Way to go gang.

Outstanding! A 10:28IM....damn that's fast. Been checking in on Sooner (he made it off the bike) but no #'s for the others...

I'm getting excited for my first coming up.....

warrenp - 13:02
trisooner - dnf? [are you OK?]
kitkat - 11:51
star - 13:20

Well done guys brilliant effort

All the Louisville Trifuelers finished as well.

jarhead's been working on throwing down some speed. well done my friend.

Well done you guys. Always a bit envious when I hear about my fellow Trifuelers' accomplishments. That'll be one day out there! Congrats again on all your hard work and evident payoff!

Awesome job everyone. TriFuelers are so amazing!

Thanks gang!

It was tough out there, with temps in the mid-90's, a super strong headwind and plenty of hills! I was blessed with stomach issues that started on the bike and continued on through the run...grrr! Still ended up with my second fastest IM time :)

But what a fantastic course...it was absolutely breathtaking and the volunteers were second to none! Looks like the Trifuelers represented...CONGRATS everyone!

Now it's time to enjoy the wine country...

Congrats Star! Well run and a great time. Congrats to all.

I want to add my congratulations to Star and Warren and Sooner and Kitkat !!!, and Jarhead!!!!, and our new friends Eileen (and Star's sherpa, Armando.)

and to the trifuelers who werer there and for whom we cheered, even if they were unidentified among the 3000 racers on Sunday.

Lee helped Sooner in the tent and Sooner looked good to me, when he said Adios!
Below:
Libor, (BluebirdBiker) attending 33rd overall, at 09:47:58 Eric Suess of VICTORIA BC, who was 1/126 in the M25-29 AG, #213.

As you can see above, even AG winners who go 9:47:00, put their shoes on one foot at a time.

Great job all.
I can't wait to see more pictures and hear more stories.

10 min PR baby! F*** that run was hot. I think the high was 93-95 on the run. I'm very happy with my performance. Placed top 100 female (including pros) overall.

Those are amazing times!!!!
Very impressive all!
Congrats

Totally awesome job, everyone. Great that Sooner finally came through, too. Talk about prowess!

Thanks everyone! Back home in the heat of Dallas now. Totally underestimated those freakin hills on the bike and made a couple of mental mistakes on the run, but still a good showing overall. Learned alot and just need to do some more tweaking to the engine!

RR to follow in a few days (after my mind catches up to my body). I think my mind is more fried then my body!

You guys are awesome! Way to go!

Glad you had a good race! Hopefully you took advantage of wine county. After the race I had one too many dirty margaritas.

You are going to tweak your engine all the way to Kona at this rate. I am rooting for you to do it.

Nice to meet you all. We all had a blast. You all did awesome. Tough day with the heat and wind on the bike out there. You all finished and some got a PR. Nice job.

sorry, when i checked it was late at night and the athlete tracker didn't say DNF, but it also didn't show bike finished or run time which was weird to me...glad to hear it was wrong!

Wow, nice work guys. I hope some of you guys will do IM Tremblant next time around.
