Proteo System

Hi
Just wondering if anyone has heard of or used the Proteo System for muscle strength. It uses just house hold items like chairs and brushes and promises great results with 2 month of disciplined effort. I am reading it in french at the moment and it sounds amazing. But I am always skeptical of the great promises made by different systems. So anyone done it, tried it, liked it?

You're going to have to explain a little more than that. I have never heard of it (probably cause I dont speak French very well).... Is it just bodyweight exercises?

My theory is that if you do ANYTHING for 60-90 days with a very disciplined effort and have your diet nailed in, then you will see results.

Sorry no direct link yet, it's just a pdf I have in French. But I did find this link http://www.bullshido.net/forums/showthread.php?t=67898&page=1 which is someone asking the same question as me, but gives much more info.. They call it the Lafay method.
