The age old question of bike size

Ok guys I'm going to hit you with some numbers. I have the chance to get a great deal on a revenio and I have a question about the sizing. I participate in triathlons 90% of the time and do long road rides the other 10% (keep in mind that I have an old beat-up road bike that I could still use as a road bike) . In a perfect world this bike would do both with minimal modifications. I'm just not sure if I should go for the 56 size or the 54 size. It seems as if the 56 is perfect road bike but long for a TT bike and the 54 would be good for a TT bike but small for a road bike. I've racked my brain on this and really need some help, I'm also running out of time I need to make the order soon.

I have included my measuremrnets, the revenio measurements, recomened tri bike measurements and recomended road bike measurements.

ROAD BIKE FIT
The Competitive Fit in CM
Seat tube range c-c 56.2 - 56.7
Seat tube range c-t 57.9 - 58.4
Top tube length 56.3 - 56.7

BB-Saddle Position 83.1 - 85.1
Saddle-Handlebar 54.0 - 54.6
Saddle Setback 4.2 - 4.6

Unfortunately, your aero fit doesn't list your saddle setback or effective seat angle. If that fit was based on a typical tri bike, with a 78 degree or so seat angle, then not only will the 54 be too small, the 56 might possibly be as well...

is it asking to much to give your measurements in CM instead of inches?

Thank you for the replies, I got it figured out. I will be fine with the 56 and minimum changes. As a tri(shorter stem) and a road(original stem)
