I think the course overall
I think the course overall is very favorable and he won that race several times in a row; not to mention a very consistent racer at kona too. I doubt any juicing - its like Ironman Germany where sub 8 can happen every year. But still - crazy to think a 4.15 bike followed by a 2.39 run! Amazing. If Macca was impressed (twitter) I am...

Quite well! Back up to running six days a week (but for less than an hour) some speed work and biking @ 100+ a week. Various strength stuff (kettle bells, bouldering, painting the house) everything feels good! Thanks for asking!

LOL My friend and I were just saying the same thing about the IM Austria course this morning. We weren't quite on our bikes that long...but pretty darn close. It ain't human!

I was talking about IM Osterreich with a friend today too...It's lumpy and I like lumps so I'm thinking about it for next year...I love Austria and the frau has never been. Might be time for a Racecation!
