It's good. I'm at a shore command now (Nuclear Power School), so tri training is a lot easier than it has been the last couple years. No one's mistaking me for a pro, though....especially after my race this past weekend! LOL! I successfully managed to run myself from 1st to 4th in less than 15 minutes.
