Related to WHY

I was going to wait until I finished this guys book to post this video, but it seems appropriate now given the "why" article. This has been my motivation/thinking and it seems to be helping, especially on those early morning workouts. The video is general but if you watch it and think about triathlon, or business, or life, or whatever you need/want some good inspiration for it works pretty well. The book is good so far, although I know better than to rate a book before I finish.

I have heard many times that it's important to know why you're competing in triathlons, so when you're deep in that pain cave, you can tell yourself to keep going to fulfill your purpose. In the category of sad, but true, I am a very dedicated triathlete, but I can't figure out why I do what I do. Weird?
