December is here! This means the annual 31 runs in 31 days!!
Just to get me off the lazy ass. Anyone wanna join in?
Minimum 5k run/day everyday for the month.
I bloody well broke my ankle during last years challenge so not this year for me...still building and getting ready for Disney. Everyday would not be a good idea this year.
Sorry...:(
Today is my 20th, so that would be more like 50 runs in 50 days... I'll set it as a soft goal and see how it goes. The big goal in December is on the bike.

Ditto...except it ruined my achillies. I'll be sitting on the sidelines.
Day 1 - 3.9 miles way too fast at lunch
Day 2 - 6@6 group
Day 3 - 1 mile time trial + warmup and cooldown during lunch with coworker
Just saw that I'm 170 miles from 2,000 miles this year. That's 6 miles a day for 28 days, or 42 per week for 4 weeks. As soon as I reach it, I'm taking the rest of the year off.
Day 1 - 3 on the treadmill
Day 2 - 3 on the treadmill
Day 3 - This morning 3 more on the treadmill.
Day 4 - Busy day, I couldn't get out for a run. 3 on the treadmill again.
Day 5 - Make that busy weekend, another 3 on the treadmill. At least I am running.

I will not be doing the 31 in 31, my schedule can't support it...but it set a very solid base for me last year.
I am doing more mileage right now though since I'm building my running base...hoping to get to 50 mpw before the end of the year.
