So, I was just running through my Polar HRM and decided to pull the cumulative stats since I bought this one to replace my old unit...

It was kind of cool to see all my sweat equity in black and white......So what did all this add up to?
Discipline--- Start--- YDT
Bike Mph -- 17.5avg--- 21mph
Run Pace (Short)-- 9:20/mi--- 7:31/mi
Run Pace (Long)-- 10:26/mi--- 8:24/mi
I did all these calculations based on a 365 day training yr (as I live in FL), but there is at least a 6-8month span where I really didn't train. But fair is fair and after all, Triathlon is a lifestyle.......24/7/365, not just something you can do a few weeks a year! :)

that's... about 3,400 beers (assuming 200cal/beer) or 1,200 big macs or 340,400 raisins or 9,900 ounces of vodka! :) I think 680,793 calories is also ~= one metric ton of fun.
I did that not to long ago but am not very good about wearing my HRM.

Wow...... almost 10 Beers a day!..... If I bump up my cardio a bit more, I could become a full fledged alcoholic!
Although, I bet the beers I drink might have a few more cals in them....but maybe not.
I hope this HRM stays working until I hit 1mill cals!
