What's the most effective electrolyte drink?

What electrolyte drink do you think is the best for replacement? taste? ease of use? gentle on your stomach? etc?

I like heed or perpetium by Hammer Nutrition. Like almost all of the flavors, have had good results with it, and like the company. The have branched into the supplement market which i don't buy into as much. Really it is about what your stomach likes the most.

Sorry dbl post

Not to be snarky, but the best one is the one you can drink the most of. Or, put another way, the one that doesn't make you sick, the one the doesn't cost $50 a tub, or the one served on the course. In the eventuality you go long, you'll need to find one that you enjoy (or at least tolerate) and don't mind slugging for hours. I've ridden with the ol' standard for years (Gatorade) partly because it's everywhere and it is usually served on the course. I'll stop in a c-store and buy a 32oz bottle and Red Bull and they mix well together. FWIW, I went through some Infinit, but haven't reordered. Internet drink replacement is somewhat of a hassle.

+1. I have been drinking Gu Brew recently. I like it alot. Easy to carry packets to re mix a bottle on long rides or runs.
Training with what's on the course makes race day sooo much simpler.

Whatever you can keep down and get enough of.

I have been using Herbalife H3O with a little of there protein mix added in. It tastes awesome and I get it for free! My sponsor is an Herbalife distributor!

Infinit for me, but I'm sure there's others that replace just as much.

Guiness

Nothing is easier than what's on the course, which changes race to race.

Water + Hammer Endurolytes

In another few years maybe I can just run with an IV attached. That would bypass the stomach, right? No more feeling sick or worrying about sweat rate or counting calories per hour. Simply set the drip rate and mixture depending on temp, distance, and exertion then go.

EFS, Cytomax, and water.

I'm still a big fan of Nuun. I can take an extra tablet and refill at a water fountain on a long ride, and it keeps it separate from my calories, which I've found really helps me get the right number of cals and electrolytes in.

This is silly... EVERYONE knows its pickle juice :)

For real, I use Infinit

New to tri's. I've used Hammer and Gu products in training. But a friend of mine introduced me to Crank Sports and their e-gel and e-fuel. I like both, and based of the numbers they advertise, I think you get more for your money with them. Of course they have a buddy referall program, but I won't put my number on here, because i'm not advertising for them, I just like their products.
