sorry, not me, but had a good friend who had a sports hernia that required surgery, he was out for quite a while, at least 3 months, not totally back for about 4 months total. He was a good athlete and strong as hell, Not trying to scare you, but that is all I know about hernias, good luck and hope it works out and hope your back to doing tris soon.

I have never had a hernia but Craig Alexander has.

I guess its not the same a disc hernia right?
