As an advice, intake foods
As an advice, intake foods with protein so that you wont feel easily tired.Whey protein contains all of the essential amino acids in the proper proportion required for good health.More proteins in your body, more energy. It seems just about every weight loss program requires you eat their food which, as many of you would agree, are not the most preferred foods out there. Starving yourself or massive amounts of pills is a pain, and more to point, counterproductive. Some people have needed personal loans just to keep up with diet programs. With the 400 Calorie Fix, you still can eat foods that you enjoy.
No worries, Belinda, I'll
No worries, Belinda, I'll handle this for you.

You're a member of the WTF Race Team, aren't you, oklana? I see from your bio you're based out of Nowhere - how's the weather there for training right now? Do you use a fuel belt to get these 400 calories you talk of? And while we're at it: where are you at on the clinchers vs. tubies debate? Road or tri-bike? How do you cope with panic attacks in OWSs? What movies do you watch when you ride your trainer? What should I do for active recovery? And of course: which aero helmet is most worth while?
Answer us these and your concern for Belinda's love of her new little friend Endorphin Rush will be deemed worthy.
Haha thats is some funny
Haha thats is some funny shit !
I have no idea what that person is on "oklana " !
I was just making a statement really as to how awesome i feel and for all the real triathletes out there you would understand the same. Its the way you feel so good after training so hard, that really makes triathlon addictive !
Whenever I hear talk related
Whenever I hear talk related to exercise endorphins I always think of a line from Legally Blond: "She couldn't have killed her husband, she's an excellent exercise instructor, exercise releases endorphins, endorphins make you happy, and happy people just don't kill their husbands."
Now, why I can quote lines from Legally Blond is another story...and someone already tried to threadjack...

I like a good "runner's high"....wish they came more frequently!
Now all we need to do is
Now all we need to do is bottle this stuff. Or make it into a jelly bean or lollipop, as the industry goes...

Some days I'll come home
Some days I'll come home from work in not the best of moods so my girlfriend tells me to go running. I don't really feel the endorphins during but I certainly am wound much looser when I get back. Probably something similar.
Hehe, I'll share this
Hehe, I'll share this whenever I can....it's one of my favorites
Endorphin High
It’s a beautiful day, before dawn to start,
A run through the suburbs while it’s still dark.
The air is crisp, it’s cold and thin,
I take my first breath let my run begin.
Oxygen enters and flows through my chest,
My lungs feel tight, squeezed and highly compressed.
My legs are light and trout along,
Keeping it slow at my warm up song.
Approaching the track and my the anticipation grows near,
For soon I will be flying what I love oh so dear.
Jumps, skips, hops and leaps,
Checking my form, the benefits I’ll reap…
In my 5k, 10k, ½ and marathon, triathlon times
Outshines as the successor, crossing the glorious finisher’s line.
Just a glimpse at motivation to get me through workout,
Eliminating all fears, wonders or doubts.
Of pain that might rear it’s evil head my way,
Bring it on baby, cause I’m not one to stray.
Now time to hit the cardiovascular training,
800 repeats and I’m still sustaining…
My energy for the next steps to go
400’s now.....Anaerobic………. & in the zone.
My body is iced, numbing and cold,
My core is hot and my blood overflows.
My heart beats strong, my blood is gushing,
Through my veins and muscles, which makes my legs start rushing….
The concrete as if it wasn’t there at all,
Not thinking, just doing, praying my clumsy ass doesn’t fall.
But how does one fall when she flies through the sky?
This my friends is called my endorphin high.
