I'll miss you by one week. I went to U of R for college, going back the prior week for homecoming. Got a buddy running it though. Its a good race! Best of luck!

We'll be there at the expo taping runners before the race and handing out samples. Stop by and say hi if you have a chance!
I am not running Richmond, but will be there providing moral support (and kid wrangling) for my husband's second marathon.
Anyhow, I'd love to meet some trifuelers IRL if you'll be there.
