This is one of the coolest and most original ideas I have seen in a very long time. I wish either I had thought of it or it costs less.

That is an interesting idea....perhaps when I amass enough race numbers....

Just keep spinning....spinning, spinning....uh, do I know you?

That is unbelievably ugly, the most horrid rag I have ever seen! Only people who run/race would know that is. Everyone else would think you were wearing home-made plastic clothes. And I want one.

That is pretty cool.
My wife decorated our downstairs recroom with color copies of a bunch of my race bibs and used them as wall paper.

For some reason I can load the pix her but they are on my facebook page

That is really cool, and I do want one. However, it would be the most expensive piece of clothing I would ever own (other than my shimmering gold leaf parachute pants). Let's see, depending on your choice of race type; Price for bibs: $250-$5000+. Price for construction: $233. Making this the most expensive windbreaker ever.

Cream of the crop? I'm the cream of the corn.

Interesting. There was something of a similar thread re: race t-shirts. Ironically, I attended a wedding last weekend for a good friend (and sports nutritionist). He was actually marrying an elite distance runner and the wedding weekend had a strong running theme including wedding morning 5k. Anyway, at the reception, the centerpieces on the table featured a different race bib and seating was according to the race name. As such, I was at the "Shut Up and Run" table!

That's the best wedding idea ever. Now I only need to find a girl willing to commit the most important day to our sport......

I got to run a 5k the morning of my wedding with my Brother-in-law to be and one of my friends in the wedding party.

We went to Rome, Italy for our honeymoon and I ran the Rome marathon and my Wife ran the 4k. ;-)
