I have been glued to the PC. Chris is looking amazing off the bike, with run training could be a strong 26.2. Chase pack too far back? Maybe.

This is sick. Macca cracking. Lieto staying strong. Still has 6 minutes on Crowie and Raelert with 14 to go. Go Brother man, go!

Congratulations to Chris! What an amazing race he had, defeating 4 former World Champions.

Oh wow...you learn something new every day.....still being somewhat a noob, I did not realize that.

It was great to watch most of the bike portion yesterday afternoon with Chris in the lead... I went out on an 18mi training run and when I got back, the men's top 8 had already finished. The coverage was great and I learned a lot while watching. It sounds like the altitude training was a big help in putting Chris in the #2 spot. What a great performance. I'm still too new to this to even visualize an Ironman distance and the pace he held yesterday in all disciplines is just incredible to me.

Just keep spinning....spinning, spinning....uh, do I know you?
