If you get some remember to make a "foot map."
Draw outlines of your feet on a piece of paper and mark hot spots and blisters, how you fixed them and what you wearing at the time...Looks like you might be heading off to UltraWorld so that kind of info is always good to look back on.

I can't believe it...time goes by so quickly! Tomorrow I will run the John Homes 50K trail run, which will mark my 2nd anniversary in ultrarunning.
Unfortunately the race gods will be shining a little too brightly, and will bring us expected record high temps in the mid-90's. That, coupled with 80% humidity could make for one long, hot run.
Either way I'm psyched about getting dirty in the trails once again!
