Need a good indoor cycle workout.
Free, include video of famous bike races to keep you interested, and usually last about 45-60 min. Oh, and per the title, they hurt. Bad...
Thanx!!!

The suffer fest isn't bad. Where do I find the rest of those videos?

You may be able to get them off iTunes, in the Podcast store. But, being podcasts, they have a limited lifetime, and I can only find one posted there.
same here... shame. would have been great trainer fodder this winter.
I have 3-5 in my iTunes library. It looks like he's going to be puting out some more in the coming months, including a re-release of videos 1 and 2, so be sure to subscribe to the podcast in iTunes so you don't have to worry about missing one. Sould be at least a couple more available this winter.
I do a lot of tempo riding on my trainer. I put my bike on the big ring in front and use the hardest gears. I go for 30 to 60 minutes trying to keep the heart rate at 165 BPM, while on the hardest gears. Also try to increase your VO2 max and breathe out of a straw while your doing it, but when you start only do it at 5 minute intervals and slowly build up the time(I got that one from the VO2 article). Now on group rides when were pulling 22 mph my heart rate never gets over 145 BPM.
Also intervals are great! 3 minutes all out and 2 minutes easy pace. That has brought my biking to an all new level.
Sweet thx guys!! I downloaded sufferfest!!

I just got a trainer and have been riding my bike for 30mins. I have nothing to do but ride. I'd like to do the things I used to do in spinning. However, I wanna make sure it is focused on tri training. I wanna be strong when I get out on the road....any suggestions??
Thanks:~}
