Just curious how everyone's day was yesterday and what we know about IMC and IM Louisville (and all the other events) for Trifuelers? Thought about you guys yesterday! Hope it was a great day!

I followed lala2021 at Louiville, and she did really well. 1:33 swim, 6:29 bike, 4:20 run. Her first 5k of the run cracked me up: She tore off at a sub-8 pace ;)

I'll have to ask my friends how the first 5k of IMKY were. Everyone I tracked ran really fast for the first split.

The 4 people I know did great. The 2 Kona hopefuls came in 9th and 11th in their AG's around at just under and just over 10 hours. The 2 first timers came in at 11:30. Glad they had nice weather.

I was at Chicago Tri yesterday, watching, and supporting. It was great! A bit cold at the beginning of the day but turned out to be a great day later on. Saw Andy Potts swimming, now i know how i should swim, the only problem is imitating him :) i was walking next to him on the shore while he was swimming and i could barely keep up with him lol
