Timberman 70.3 Race Report
Nice report! Congrats. I would love to do a race where there are "famous" pros...
Great Job on finishing so well despite the pain, flat, etc. I was there as an observer with my brother in law. I have only done my first tri (a sprint) in August, and am excited to get to the HIM level next year. I am going to be on the computer waiting for the clock to change to October 1st to sign up. Thanks for the inspiration! It was great to see you all having so much fun.
Great RR! Great time for your first HIM! From the pix, it looks like you had a great time. I'm doing my first HIM next July. Were you happy with your training plan? Anything you would change?
That which does not kill me makes me faster...
Congrats on your finish! It sounds like you had everything under control!

Thanks everyone.
In response to TonisTri "What would I do differently" I have put up another post on my blog. It's kind of a punch list of what I learned from doing the race.

I didn't give any credit to the race director yet. Keith Jordan's races are fantastic. If you can get to one of his events, you won't regret it.

My first attempt at the half iron distance. It's kind of long and has pictures. Just figured it was easier to post the link to the blog.
