So my wife had purchased an Tanita Ironman scale a while back and then then it just quit working one day. It would just read error. No reason, just didnt work one day. I checked the wiring connections, replaced the batteries, ran through troubleshooting and called the company. Since we couldn't find the reciept...I finally just threw it out. I hate stuff that doesnt last...especially when you pay >$100 for something!!!

Ok, rant is over. I want to know, of the people who have purchased a scale in recent years, what your luck (or lack-there-of) has been with them (Make and model appreciated). Also, best place to buy would also be helpful as we are looking at getting our replacement this month.
