Sweat and salt concentrations

Question: I've noticed my sweat has been significantly more salty lately than I ever remember it being. Nothing out of the ordinary has changed, still eat healthy, work out on my regular schedule, stay well hydrated, etc etc, AND outside temperature has actually been cooler than normal this summer.

So here's my question: Is this something I should be concerned about? Has this happened to anyone before? I'm confused as to why just in the past month or two this has been happening. Sometimes its so bad when I sweat and I accidentally get some in my mouth, I want to throw up.

Any feedback or similar experiences would be appreciated. Thanks!

Have you been taking in more electrolights than normal? I have been hearing that extremely salty sweat is a sign of dehydration from either not enough water or too much salt concentration. How do you feel after/during workouts? If you feel fine, then I wouldn't think you need to worry too much, but if you are really concerned, you could talk to your general physician.

The same thing happens to me when I work out in cool weather with my normal Infinit mix--salt on my chinstrap etc. My working theory is that I'm sweating less, but taking in the same amount of electrolytes as on hot days. Consequently, the salt in my sweat is more concentrated. Drinking more water helps, but then I have to be careful to avoid the dreaded stomach slosh.

Thanks guys. I have been drinking a little bit more gatorade than normal, that may be it. I'll have to see what happens if I switch that out for just water.

Thanks!
