1st for me too!
I thought they were kidding when they said 140.6..r they really going to make us do that distance ;)
you guys will do great! enjoy every second of pain! :)
In. IM #3 for me.
the 2004 IMWI was my first IM race. You really picked a good one! The race course, the race site, the volunteers, the crowds, the townspeople: all GREAT!! I could go on & on about it, but you get the drift! Incredible time! (Well, I mean I really enjoyed myself, my actual time kinda sucked, but I'm still proud of it). If you have someone coming with you, tell them to watch the swim from the Terrace (a no-brainer, almost everyone does this), take the shuttle to Verona to watch the bike (ditto), and watch the run from the Capitol area, then, of course, moving to the finish line close to your ETA. Good luck to all you future Ironmen!
So pumped for it. Can't wait for the bib #'s to come out.
I'm kinda stressed but barring any major issues I think I'll be fine. Holy crap!

Jhudalla-
if you did the 36 week training program your ready. We should all meet up in WI to say what up. To put a face with the names.
I'm ready for it.
That'd be great. I'm gonna be there pretty early on friday. I'm staying at the holiday inn express just off the lake.
