Any of you do any form of quadrathlon? Seems insane...

From Wikipedia...

The World Quadrathlon Federation defines that a quadrathlon consists of
swimming (2 miles / 3.2 kilometers)
kayaking (12.4 miles / 20 kilometers)
cycling (100 miles / 161 kilometers)
running (26.2 miles / 42 kilometers)

I get that all the races aren't this distance - but if you were to compete in the 'ironman' equivalent - you'd be racing all day.

Holy &*$%^#*$ Batman! That's a lot of exercise.....but then again I think ultra running is insane too. :)

Just keep spinning....spinning, spinning....uh, do I know you?

Yeah. I did that this morning. Before breakfast of course. I was thinking about knocking out a quick ultra for lunch and maybe biking the Nijmegan course after dinner.

Well when you think about it it isn't that bad.
It is close to an Ironman.
You lose .4 miles on the swim, and you lose 12 miles on the bike.
Adding the kayak might not be that bad.

What is the time limit for this race?

'Nothing to it, but to do it!'

transition from swim to kayak must be fun with those paddles.
