Training Plans

Believe that you can run farther or faster. Believe that you're young enough, old enough, strong enough, and so on to accomplish everything you want to do. Don't let worn out beliefs stop you from moving beyond yourself.

beginnertriathlete.com has "free" minutes only plans for all distances. I have used them successfully for my OLY training by adding different levels of training to the minutes (i.e. - speed work on some of the short days, tempo days, endurance days for the long workouts, and put two days together for more "bricks" than are scheduled). I didn't see the need to "pay" for the Bronze, Silver, or Gold plans which are just extensions of the free ones.

is there a pleace when someone can actually print (or copy) whole training plan for OLY, HIM and IM?
