Well by now it seems obligatory that we race and post pictures in a speedo. So here are my dues. I had a great race, but nothing special, except some fishing tailing on a decent because of a slick wet course, glad I didn't go down. +1 on bike handling skillz.
Sorry about the tan line, I did tri at the pool to get some sun.

haha, I love how they positioned the photographer right where the cyclists would be putting on their shoes. Glad I can be of service of KitKat, being able to race my best after being injured for so long makes me happy.

Overall the 310xt is an amazing watch. It logged the swim too, although the distance was way off. It worked excellent for this race. Hopefully I'll write a more complete review soon for trifuel.

As a screaming heterosexual, I don't like to spend a lot of time looking at these types of pictures. But, I will say this -- you Speedo Guys have some big onions... and I'm not just saying that because I can see them right there in the pics. Good work!

p.s. -- love the wacky wild inflatable arm-flailing tube-man in the background of pic #1. Fans of Family Guy will know what I'm talking about.

That is seriously classic!

I LOVE that you do the head to toe check and as a tri nut you immediately pick up on the watch!

I know where you're coming from midpack - that said, if I ever shed the last 20 pounds and look like those pictures, I will gladly run in a speedo!

Hopefully nobody marks that down for when I post that I've hit my weight-loss goals ;-p

You look a bit like Colin Farrell, without a cigarette hanging off your lip and a trampy Briney Spears hanging off your arm.

Way to go, it gives me inspiration to work a little bit harder so I can one day show off my 'onions' too!

I get the Colin Farrell at least once a day! I had the same hair cut as he did in Phonebooth and we could have been identical twins, even my own mother couldn't tell the difference. Doing a triathlon in speedo helps me look more different than him though.

10 points if you can guess which side had a broken clavicle, from a bike accident. (please give answer in true side, not picture side, in order to receive the imaginary points) watch hand or not watch hand, etc.

i HAVE to do a tri in a speedo. Although, i'm only 17 which may make it illegal to post pics ;) (my race age is 18 though, does that count?)

Blatant TJ, but...

Does the 310XT record Power data? I've seen that it says it will display Power data, but does it also record it into one dataset, so you can ditch the PT computer and just record on the 310? It looks like a I see a PT on your handlebars - did you also look at the bike mount for the 310? I've been strongly considering upgrading to the 310, but have been waiting to find someone actually using it...

I'm shocked, shocked I tell you to see such shameless self promotion...If I looked like that, I'd do it too.

The 310xt records power and does a good job of doing it. However Garmin's software just isn't robust enough to do proper data analysis. It does do a great job of comparing elevation and power output. If you upload the data file to say wko+ or other software you may not need the PT, but I am on a Mac and alas no WKO+ for me.

Also I pride myself in having the perfect bike spit by riding right at my ftp. So I have the garmin set up to display current power and the PT set up to display my average power. I didn't look at the garmin too much on the bike, just a few times, when I checked my power output to make sure I was pushing just right.

I don't get the point in a bike mount for the 310xt, as you should probably swim with it.
1. on your wrist
2. in your cap, and then transfer to your wrist when running to the bike, (this should be practiced, alot, goggles in teeth, etc.)

I'll write a more complete review after I get all the facts since I have only had it 2 weeks, but it was awesome in the race, especially the run. ANT agent (transfer software) is lacking, but its like that for all their watches.

Your welcome, it was about time I gave something back to trifuel. Feel free to PM if you have any questions about the watch.

I think given the reaction of some of the comments you've gone a long way in fulfilling your obligations to Trifuel just by posting these pics... ;)

I may have a few follow-ups which I'll send you. Appreciate the feedback.

Good job on the speedo. Almost half way there on the Tri Fuel speedo calender.
