How do I get on the blogroll?

I saw a list of blogs by trifuelers on this site but for some reason when I tried to send my URL to the list, it kept saying I'm not a member of trifuel. How can I add my blog to the list?

As a quck aside, it looks like the little blog ingester is in a state of unhappy. :( It hasn't shown new posts in about a week now.
