I can't make myself run slow to that.
Tub Thumping by Chumbawamba still gets me pumped before a workout.

"American Woman" by the Guess Who for some reason...and it has since I was running in College.
"Points of Authority" by Linkin Park on their Reanimation album is my go to song. That one always get's me going.
But to relax after I run and am in my "Zen mode" I absolutely love listening to "Goin' to California" by Led Zeppelin. Just makes me want to go out and do a nice and easy cool down and just chill out.
Sweet Caroline was in my head my entire swim workout...wasn't cool at first, but my last set
5x 100's were all under 1:30, so maybe I've struck gold... BOMP BOMP BOOOOMMMMP

I have to back Cayman up, ELO has some great music.
I have a bunch of ELO on my iPod including Mr. Blue Sky.
I do like Eminem's 'Lose Yourself'. Slow buildup, finishes strong ;-)
'Nothing to it, but to do it!'
Bittersweet Symphony. I actually hate the song outside of exercise. But there is music we like then music we work out too. Usually dont go over well in the others realm.
Now that I think about. It seems I automatically start looking for "wheels" by Cake when I am suffering in a run.
I am still waiting for someone to go ahead and admit their emergency music is, Billy Idol, Dancing with myself.
I rarely run with music...ususally only on really long stuff, but really...if music can get you out of a tough spot on a run...it ain't that tough!
My "emergency music" which I usually play on the way in the door to work...Mountain "Dream Sequence/Dreams of Milk and Honey/Roll over Beethoven" From the Flowers of Evil album.

Inspired by a post by j.qualle, what song do you go to when the going gets tough on a run? Mine is "Bleed it out" by Linkin Park, it's hard to slow down when that song comes on.
