Multisport in Mexico (DF, Guadalajara, PV)
I may be wrong, but thought that Mexico City had one of the worst air quality ratings for a major city.
Pollution, smog etc... Not the best environment for a multisport athlete. Maybe something to check into.

I've been to Cancun...It is really nice there.
I'm typing this with a 35 pound dog on my lap...
Puerto Vallarta is a beach town, excellent weather year around, well pavements roads, once you are aoutside the city you may ride 40K to 60K to other towns, walk/run trails next to the beach. Public Swimming pools 25yards and of course the sea open 24/7 from calm to rough waters. If you're chosing based on place to train I'd go to PV. Guadalajara and D.F. (Mexico City) have all the facilities and places to train, but think big crowds, traffic, stress, smog so on and so fort.
I live in Veracruz MX and I like to travel during weekends.
I believe Mexico City is not the best option... the pollution, the insecurity, the distances between places... I'd prefer Puerto Vallarta, then Guadalajara.
i live in Guatemala but was in Mexico D.F. last December (the whole month) and I can't tell you how damn ill I got because of the polution.
I guess if I stayed longer my body would have get used to it but man it sure isn't healthy.
And running in Chapultepec park would be nice but you have a great chance of running out of it naked after some guy robs you everything. Sad but true.
Hyperactive Trifueler!!!! (I refuse to let the status go :p)

I'm planning to move to Mexico later this year. I'm considering Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Puerto Vallarta as options. Does anyone know about swimming, biking, and/or running in these places?
I know there's Chapultepec Park in Mexico City. I also know running is big there but I think it's more in Central Mexico where international runners go to train.
