I found this online and thought it was kind of cool. You can figure swim, bike and run pace just by entering your distance and time in either KMH or MPH. Just figured Id pass it on.

The training log does the exact same thing as this when you enter a session. I wonder if anyone has ever seen a calculator that takes your separate splits/pace for each sport, assumes you can hold x% of each and adds them all together to give you a time that you would get in a race? That might be pretty cool

This is the old post here, I've updated it since a little bit, (but not on this computer) to simplify it a little and include some other pool distances (I swim in a 40Y pool now - go figure the # of laps for that baby).

You can plug in whatever distances / speeds you want in here. I'm also happy to make modifications if you have suggestions.
