I have the tri fly II carbon and from what I can see and read online the Tri Fly III is the same shoe with more colors on it. I love my tri fly's and find them to be my favorite pair (out of the three that I've owned) of tri shoes. They run just a touch shorter than my specialized road shoes do, and took a few 100 miles to break in the shoe enough to be able to wear them w/out socks and not end up with a raw heal. make sure you use a lot of baby powder in the shoe when you go to practice your transitions because the material is a little bit leather like and will stick a bit on wet skin.
