Does anyone use an air pump instead of CO2 for tube inflation? I'm looking other alternatives to cartridges, like the Blackburn AirStik or Genuine Innovations Road Air Mini Pump. If you have any suggestions, please let me know! Thank you :)

I have a mini version of the Topeak Road Morph G. I don't see mine on the website, but they seem to have a small one without the gauge. Unfortunate because I like it a lot...

the features that make it great:
flexible connection to valve via hose (no bending or popping off the valve while pumping)
pressure gauge (so you know what you are pumping back up to)
flip down foot "pedal" (so you can keep it steady and use the ground to push on)
relatively small

cons:
it's tough to push those last few pounds in because it's a short throw (disadvantage of being a small pump)

caveat for the cold seasons on CO2:
for those folks who live in cold damp areas, it's definitely worth having a pump instead of CO2 because CO2 freezes up...i've sat in a frigid downpour because of it

I bought a mini pump that also does CO2. I can't remember the maker though. It works ok as a pump, but certainly isn't the fastest. I thought it would be nice to have the redundancy so that if I screwed up the CO2 I would have a backup. Haven't tried the CO2 yet, but will soon.
