Tri Training Camps in winter

About a year ago a friend of mine went to a tri training camp for a week training clinic. I am thinking of suggesting that to my wife for my 40th birthday present (better than me losing my mind and buying a new sports car, right?). I can't seem to find a good source for info about available camps - info seems to be willy nilly on the various usual sites.

My B day is in end of November, so a nice winter trip to a warm spot would be awesome, or just a local one with mostly indoor work would be cool too. I live in the NYC area.

Anyone have any good suggestions, or anyone want to organize a TriFuel winter training clinic? Would be cool to have a bunch of us descend on one place to have a week long session, no?

I'd hold out for the sports car;). I have neither, sports car or training camp experience, but somehow I'm on http://www.cadencecycling.com/training/schedule/camps/ email list and I have been tempted. I'm still holding out for the sports car though.

No affiliation with cadence cycling, just a reference.

I'd be up for a winter NY Trifuel conference.
